Itinerary:
Day 1 Departure Day
Day 2. Arrival in Tel Aviv
We start our journey in the Holy Land. Upon arrival at Ben Gurion International Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Overnight in Tel Aviv.
Day 3. Mt. of the Beatitudes – Tabgha – Chapel of the Primacy/Mensa Domini Church – Capernaum – The White Centurium Synagogue – Boat Ride on the Sea of Galilee – Magdala.
Visit the Monastery on Mount Beatitudes where Jesus gave his sermon on the mount. Continue to Tabgha Byzantine Multiplication Church where the feeding of the 5,000 and the feeding of the 4,000 happened, then visit the church of the primacy where Jesus cooked breakfast and restored and Commissions Peter. Continue to Capernaum where you will visit St. Peter’s Church. Enjoy a boat ride in the sea of Galilee where Jesus called his disciples to cast nets from there you will drive to Magdala archeological park.
Meals Breakfast and Dinner. Overnight in Tiberias.
Day 4. Caesarea – Nazareth – Mt. Kdumim – Mt. Tabor – Cana – Mary’s Well – Tiberias
Visit Caesarea, where a Roman centurion was the first convert to Christianity. Here you view the archaeological remains of the Roman and Byzantine city that once dominated the region. Tour Nazareth, the site of Mary’s home and the town where Jesus lived as a child. At Nazareth, celebrate Service in the Basilica of the Annunciation, and visit the Byzantine Church of St. Joseph and Mary’s Well. Then we will continue to Cana. There visit the Franciscan chapel where those who wish, can perform the renewal of their wedding vows.
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner. Overnight in Tiberias.
Day 5. QASR El-Yahud– Jericho – Qumran.
Your first stop will be Qasr El-Yahud where Jesus was Baptized, the Jews entered Israel, Elijah ascended in fire and Elisha performed miracles. Then continue to Bethlehem, beginning at Manger Square which stands in front of one of the oldest of Christian churches, the Church of the Nativity. Enter the Church and down to the Grotto of the Nativity which marks the spot of Jesus’ birth. Continue to Jericho where Jesus was tempted, and Jericho’s walls tumbled. After stopping for lunch, you will drive to Qumran national park in which the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Arrive in Jerusalem where you will check into your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 6. Bethlehem – Chapel of The Shepherds Field – Basilica and Cave Grotto of the Nativity – Olive Wood Factory – The Israel Museum
After breakfast in the hotel we will drive to Bethlehem which is where you will spend most of your day. You will visit the Chapel of the Shepherds’ Field where Jesus was Enunciated, the Basilica and Cave Grotto of the Nativity where jesus was born, and an Olive Wood Factory and Gift Shop for a craftsman visit. Then return to Jerusalem where you will go to the Israel Museum to See the City Model of Ancient Jerusalem and the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 7. David’s Tomb – Schindler’s Grave – Church of St. Peter – Hezekiah’s Tunnels – The Teaching Steps – The Western Wall – The Temple Institute.
After breakfast drive to Mt. Zion where you will visit David’s Tomb the upper room and Cenacle, this is where Jesus led the Last Supper Seder. Continue to Oskar Schindler’s Grave and then to the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu. After a lunch break in the Cardo visit Hezekiah’s Tunnel where the Shiloah Inscription written approximately 2700 years ago was discovered. Continue to the Teaching Steps and then to the Western Wall, Jerusalem’s holiest place. You will then go to The Temple Institute to study Solomon’s and Herod’s Temples.

Day 8. Church of St. John – Via Dolorosa – Church of the Holy Sepulchre – The Garden Tomb – Ecce Homo Convent/Antonia Fortress – Church of St Anne – The Pools of the Bethesda -Garden Of Gethsemane
Today we will spend it touring the old city of Jerusalem. First stop will be the church of St. John. Continue to the Garden Tomb, here is the site of Calvary and the Tomb of Christ. After lunch visit Ecce Homo Convent/Antonia Fortress where Jesus was displayed before the people, continue to the Church of St. Anne where the “Via Dolorosa” begins, The Stations of the Cross lead, through the markets of the Old City to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Then continue to the Pools of Bethesda in which Jesus healed an invalid and to the Garden of Gethsemane where he agonized.

Day 9. Ein Gedi – Masada Fortress – Judean Desert – Dead Sea –
Today we make our way south to the Judean Desert where Jesus spent 40 days fasting. Arrive at Ein Gedi where David hid from Saul before ascending to Masada fortress where Israel resisted the mighty Roman empire. After descending the Masada you will drive to the Dead Sea where you will have the opportunity to swim and have lunch.
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 10. St. John The Baptist Church – Mount of Olives – Emmaus – Transfer to Ben Gurion International Airport for Final Departure
Wake up on your last day in Israel, after breakfast in the hotel. Drive to Ein Karem to visit St. John the Baptist Church where Jesus was enunciated to Zechariah, Elizabeth and Mary. After lunch drive to the Mount of Olives where Jesus wept over Israel. From here you stop by Emmaus on your way to Ben Gurion airport for your flight back home.
